When we process a personal payment to a user, the below email is sent with your company logo and company name in the body of the email. The logo and company name is taken from your company profile, so make sure it is correct.
The program/project name and description are taken from those you entered whilst making self-service payments using simple or advanced send, or if you submit a mass payments file, we take the program/project description from the file. If you use our API, again, we take the program/project and description from the API submission data.
Ensure you have created the program/project names in advance in your company account. To create them, login to your company account and go to the left menu and select "Programs."
