When we process a payment to a user or company that has not received a payment via XTRM before, an account is dynamically created for them and the below email is sent with your company logo and company name in the body of the email. The logo and company name is taken from your company profile so make sure it is correct.
The program and description is taken from either the description you enter if you self serve make payments. If you submit a mass pay file we take the program and description from the file. If you use our API, again we take the program and description from the API submission data.
